FACILITY USAGE REQUEST
In an effort to better coordinate and document all the activities that occur at St. Mark we are requiring that you reserve space for your group or activity. All spaces should be reserved well in advanced through the Parish Office. Please do not assume the space is available if you have not reserved it. Even if you have used the particular space at the same time in the past.
The St. Mark campus features several adult meeting rooms in the School, Parish Center and Schafer Hall. These facilities are available for use for small group meetings. Schafer Hall also has space for large group activities such as birthdays, anniversaries etc. Contact the Parish Office for details regarding availability & reserving space.
St. Mark athletic facilities include a multi-function gymnasium. St. Mark school teams use this facility for practices & games. Adults use Schafer for adult basketball, as well as, adult volleyball games. This facility also serves as the site for the majority of St. Mark social gatherings.
Setting up and cleaning up of the facility is the responsibility of the person renting the room and must be done at the end of the party and all food must be removed from the area. All of our facilities are a much-used areas, so please be sure to call well in advance if you wish to reserve it for your function.

Please note ~ Parishioner rates apply only to registered parishioners of St. Mark parish.
To make a rental request, please download, fill out, and sign the Application for Facility Use form and return it to the parish office.
Please submit request at least four weeks in advance of event date. Please note – all rental requests are pending based upon availability and approval by the parish office. All approved requests will be required to sign a rental agreement, pay deposit and fees prior to the event, and provide proof of liability insurance or pay an additiona; $125.00 for "Special Events" insurance coverage.
