As a part of the Archdiocese of Indianapolis, Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church is a part of the Indianapolis South Deanery. All of the Youth Ministry programs at the parishes & schools throughout the South Deanery form “South Deanery Youth Ministry.” Attending the events that the South Deanery offers is a wonderful way to have lots of fun with other teens throughout the South Deanery area.
Every month, a different parish in the South Deanery will host a “South Deanery” event for all 6th, 7th, & 8th graders of the South Deanery. These events are advertized at Holy Name of Jesus, and the youth of this parish are always invited to the events! Some of the events include ice skating, broomball, dances, etc. South Deanery Youth Ministry also has various events for high school students throughout the year.
